Born and raised in the small town of Lodi, CA. strong values and community run thick in my blood. I was blessed to come from a long line of caregivers and builders, so I inherently have a natural attention to detail and strong work ethic.
My love for homes came at a very young age. While most kid watched cartoons, I watched home flipping and design shows. My family moved several times before we found our forever home, and in doing that we were blessed and exposed to unique homes full of character, in tight knit, loving communities. I have so many warm memories to look back on, a treasure I hope every family can experience from their home and neighborhood.
Fifteen years of property management has served me well. I communicate effectively, exercise a kind, empathetic spirit while working with the community, have a keen eye for detail, and can successfully manage an array of projects and problems, skills which I have extended into my 3+ years as a Realtor.
What separates me from the crowd is that I ALWAYS have skin in the game. Whether its staging a home from top to bottom, washing mirrors before an open house, packing boxes and loading moving trucks, down to giving my honest professional opinion. You can rest assured that if my name is on it, the project will be managed as a priority, as if it were my own families home sale or purchase.
My advice to homebuyers and sellers would be to work with an experienced agent you enjoy being around and who goes above and beyond for YOU. Someones that truly listens to your needs, and looks out for your best interest above their own. Choose someone like me!
In my spare time you can find me at the East Valley YMCA, hiking around the streets of Evergreen, wrapped up in a cozy blanket with a good book, or tide pooling in Davenport with my kids, Brittany and Michael; my favorite people, my ultimate and most adored creations.
When it comes to understanding your home value, your buying power, or just need a referral please do not hesitate to make me your go to Agent!
