Refunds

If you decide you would rather not have the article you just purchased, you can ask for a refund. Returns will be accepted with prior approval provided item(s) are returned within seven days of receipt in the same condition as shipped. Return shipping and insurance fees are nonrefundable.

Insurance

We pack each item very carefully and insure it. If an item is broken in the mail, please contact us. How it was shipped will determine the method of disposal. Returned items must be insured for a refund.
